There is no anticipated response time.

I just learned that if your alarm goes off, there is no anticipated response time. It took over 30 minutes and a phone call for security to arrive at my residence. I've been with the company for seven years, and the only reason I've stayed with ADT is because I was promised the response time for the area I live in is roughly three minutes. I know a few security companies in my neighbourhood who charge half the amount and I doubt their response time will be longer than 30 minutes.
