Theft of money after contract cancelled.

I requested my ADT contract to be cancelled on 31 October with November being served as my notice period of 1 calendar month. On the 30th of November they stole R822.82 from my account. I was promised a refund by the 15th of December by Karabo Ngake, it is now the 3rd of January and my money with interest accrued has still not been paid to me. I dread having to phone the ADT number again as when you can actually get through to someone (1 in every 2 calls seems to work) you have to go through a painfully long verification process just to get my own money paid back to me.
