A sign-up fee/new client fee was payable when we started to make use of the security system. ADT refused to monitor or activate our account before the R1005.16 was paid. Payment was received by them and each month the Debit order has run. They now debited our account for this amount and no-one is taking accountability for their error. It may not seem like a lot but need these funds to get us through till the end of the month!
