The worst service ever and misuse their clients by not honest.

ADT is the worst ever security company in Virginia, Free State. I was away from home when my alarm went off. I received a call, and I told to respond. No feedback if everything was okay. At home, I found a letter of another security company in my postal box. I went to this company, and they told me they are subcontracted by ADT as ADT do not business anymore in Goldfields. They also cannot get access to the properties as ADT has all the keys for entrance. I paid them every month more than this security that is doing their work ask for their own service. I went to ADT Welkom, where they told me, yes the subcontract this company, and Andre admit that they not gave them any keys, but we must buy lock and key from them. So if there is a burglary, nobody of security can enter your premises. Really people, cancel your contracts with ADT, they the worst. No feedback, no response. Their premiums is sky high, but they use subcontractors, who get peanuts, and no service at all.
