The security company deduct my money but they don't know where my house is

<p>About seven months ago my wife and i app**** for for an alarm to be installed at my house and it was installed but to my surprice on the 12 april 2017 someone from adt call centre contacted me asking where my house is because they receive an alarm from my house but their response team cannot find my house. When i asked how can they not locate my house because they sent one of they technician to installed the alarm to my house, i could not get an answer. they promise that they will sent their respond team so that they know where my house is and they will talk to their accounts manager about how can they resolve this matter because i wanted refund since my house was not protected by them </p>
