The most u s e l e s sssssss accounting department on Planet Earth

My ref: TOI00027; Fidelity ADT sent me acknowledgement that they received my letter/email that my account would be closed end-September 2017 (this after me giving them a 3 month notice - and me paying them in excess of R2,000 for up to and including 30 September 2017. The buyer of my old property took occupation 30 September 2017 - we are now sitting at 9 October 2017, not only has ADT not bothered to collect their radio signal box from my old property, ADT are still calling ME to advise of alarm alerts, and still sending me accounts for October 2017. That is why ADT gets the award for the most completely u s e l e s s accounts dept ever. For the last a year I have had non-stop issues with the accounts dept and that is precisely why I have zero desire to utilize ADT at my new premises eventhough I think their guards and armed response are brilliant - the accounts dept on a monthly basis have worked my last nerve. The call centre would not be calling me if the accounts dept had their heads properly attached to their shoulders right??? Wow - r i d i c u l o u s really
