The most disgusting, unhelpful, useless and brain dead people and NO SERVICE

I have been trying to book a technician URGENTLY since last night.

First issue. Our alarm system is not speaking to your emergency call centre. It was tested before we went on holiday and has stopped working. As promised I DID NOT receive an sms saying our transmitter was broken. I have been calling since this morning to fix it as our home is now unprotected for days and maybe weeks. I was on hold for 12 minutes when asking to speak to a manager. I spoke to Nobutelo who PROMISED me a call by 12pm today with feedback. I had to call after 12 to be told, NO FEEDBACK!

So you understand, my house is unprotected for days, I can't get a technician, I'm on hold for over 20 minutes as of right now just to speak to a manager.

I want a techncian out here TODAY, I DON'T WANT excuses or waiting for a cancellation as my home and our lives are UNPROTECTED for longer. This is THE WORST experience I have had with ANY company in my life!

I want a call, I want an apology and I want t a technician TODAY 3rd January 2018.
