Terrible service response

So on Wednesday the 31st my house was broken into even though I have Fidelity ADT armed response. My neighbours watched ******s get in my house. The alarm went off when they opened the door but no response. My neighboura even called their armed response to respond to the crime. ADT only came about 30 min after the crime took place. So I ask what's the point of having armed response if they don't respond. When the officer and I tested the alarm they could pick up the signal and panic signal but however they did not pick up the *******. Imagine if someone was home and they were at risk of harm.
