terrible service in dispatching a armed response

<p>we had jumpers in our home Adt called at 4:29am we waited for more then 30minutes for an armed response we called at 4:36am we were told that the armed response is on the way called again at 4:46 spoke to Lunga she advised that she will check with dispatched she kept us on hold till we hung up called again spoke to tshepiso at 4:49am she only told that only now they just dispatched an armed response. the armed response arrived and he let us know that he was three minutes away from where we stay. the service we got is terrible as it was a life threatening situation if we didn't have beams in our home we would be probably hurt or my house would be empty because of the terrible and useless service we got over a long weekend where we all know ********* are not at rest. Am disgusted and upset with this kind of service. If Glenda was there at your control room we would have been helped quickly as she knows the importance of working at an emergency room !!! </p>
