Terrible Service from Head Office

I have been trying to get a simple document from ADT head office since Monday!<br> I am told everyday that I will be receiving it by the end of the day. Still nothing.<br> When I called and asked for a manager, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, just to have the phone answered by another call centre agent, then put on hold again and to be answered by yet another call centre agent, then I get cut off.<br> how can it be so difficult to speak to a manager or at least someone in charge?!?<br> Pathetic service!
