Terrible service

I installed beams which cost my over R 16,000 in November last year, on advise from your consultant after there had been a break in in my home. Although I was unhappy with the technician; Bongane ; I was forced to have him return to ensure the system worked well. I have since been receiving numerous calls; which almost feels like harassment; to the point where I lost my purse. I am constantly being informed that there is an alarm activation during the day when I am driving or at work. To the point where this is counter productive to me here at work. Last weekend, on Saturday, I had to be under house arrest until 2 pm , waiting for the technician to check the system & resolve the problem. He checked the beams & cleaned them out because the were loose fitting. I am still having the same problem. There are still numerous calls throughout the day; every day. To the point where the responses have exceeded the threshold. This is not my fault & I shouldn't have to deal with security & be subjected to pay extra for exceeding the threshold. On the other hand, the calls are disruptive & negatively impact my work & life in general. After the break in ; I cannot instruct that the activation be ignored. Surely this is not how it should be.
