Terrible service and damaged my property

They drilled through a water pipe while installing my alarm and assured me that they would pay for the repairs. It has now been months and I have still not received a reply to my messages, let alone a apology! The manager I was told to contact is Don Jacobs. He has been no help at all, completely unprofessional!
