TERRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN

I wish I could give a worse rating for this company. We moved into a new home 3 months ago that had a very good system installed by ADT and so we though we would give it a try. After numerous attempts to get a technition out to sort out some of the questions and difficulties we have with the system, a technition came out after two months, just to find out that he was not the right technition for the job, we had to request another technition. We have been having problems with our system battery, with the motion detectors through out our house and this is just to name a few. After yet another request for a technition ADT has the cheek to want to charge us R600 for a technition to come out. After we have been paying more than we should from the beginning. We want feedback from ADT TODAY, otherwise we will look for better service elsewhere.
