Terrible Service

my alarm went off last night no call received from ADT....The problem that i do have with ADT is: if the alarm goes off and they dont call they tell you they have to schedule a technican to come out. They also tell you that a call out fee is about R500. This is totally ridicoulous for a service you paying every month. I have been a customer for many years as well. i have complained on numerous occasisons about not seeing patrol visibility in my road. They come and see you but nothing gets done. I have finally decided ADT i am moving to Beyers security as i see proper patrolling. i am saying goodbye to ADT after all these years. Your service is pathetic
