Terrible service!
I had an account with ADT three years ago, paid the last outstanding amount and got an email confirmation that that would be the last invoice. I settled the invoice and sent the proof of payment.
Since then I have been harassed by Norman Bissett & Associates for this "outstanding" amount. I have called numerous times and emailed but I never get a response! Please can someone sort this out? I can't handle this poor services anymore!
