terrible service

I have been out of the country on holiday and notified ADT of this. Saturday 12 Sep my alarm went off. ADT went to my house and called my Dad. when they arrived at the house ADT just checked the yard and nothing more!! My dad heard noises coming from a nearby bush and told the ADT guy, he told them ADT will contact police will come check!!!! My sister later contacts ADT to setup a patrol for 2 days, she was promised a call back by Shiela & Piato but never happened. After many calls she was told that the system had a note that \Sandra the sister is guarding the house from opposite"!!!! Am i paying for Gloryfied torch holders!!! I hired a guard to stand and my property"
