Terrible service
ADT is useless and they'll never change It took them 10 minutes to respond with a phone call to confirm the alarm if it is legit, the call center agent **** about power outage in the area when there was no power outage that happened. ADT doesn't take their customers seriously because when something happens they've got nothing to loose
