Terrible Service

What a terrible service experience.. their call center can't follow a simple instruction,over promise and under delivery. Escalated my complaint around 10h00 and by 16h00 no feedback received after been told someone will call me back. After been their customer for more than 10 yrs had to make a choice if are they really the right service provider. I had to talk to 4 different people and by now I even know mostly of their staff names as this wasn't the first incident.
