Terrible Service

<p>No wonder the crime stat is where it is. When one recieves such terrible service from your Security company it is no wonder.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday 06/01 at approximately 23:00 my alarm panel was damaged through the lightning.</p> <p>a Couple minutes later our alarm went off.</p> <p>a Technician was requested to come fix our panel. Jeanette then said she will get back to me.</p> <p>NOTHING happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday 07/01 at 20:43 our alarm went off randomly again.</p> <p>a ADT representative phoned to ask if everything was ok.</p> <p>I then once again reuqested a technician to come fix my alarm panel. I was told that she would get back to me regarding the standby technician.</p> <p>At 22:17 I phoned the ADT line to find out myself. I was once again told that they would get back to me regarding a technician. Once again NOTHING happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Sunday at 18:34 our alarm goes off randomly again. I once again requested for a technician since I have been waiting since Friday for one. I was once again told that she will get back to me.</p> <p>At 20:03 I was phoned back and told that a technician is on the line and can help me telephonically.</p> <p>I said that a technician must come out to my house to fix the panel as it is damaged. I was then told that a technician is available but I have to pay a call out fee since it is after hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it possible to deliver such terrible service and then wanting to charge me a call out fee since it is after hours when I have been waiting 3 days (and still waiting) for a technician to come fix my alarm.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all the telephonic calls on record and I am taking it to a newspaper doing a piece on Security for 2017.</p>
