Terrible service

Good day Iam very disappointed with Adt service and attitude. Iam customer for 13years they have debited my account with unauthorized amount. Where queried I was told that additional services had been added on. I informed adt to cancel additional services its been 2 months now that nowone has got back to me. I logged calls about 7 times already with no response or dont care attitude its terrible.
