Terrible response time 50 min later, no response

I got a call at 15:18 stating our alarm has gone off, still no vehicle has arrived an it's been 50 minutes for someone to come and inspect. Three calls to ADT call centre an 50 minutes of waiting for a response vehicle to arrive and inspect nobody has arrived. I'm very disappointed in the services an I'm unable to get home now so I'm totally dependent on their service. And this is not the first time this has happened.
