Terrible response

I have complained to ADT before and even on Hellopeter but seems like their promises last for a moment. I complained about the response time when the alarm goes off and even wanted to cancel my contract by their Ops Manager promised to enhance the security in our area; he even told me that there was only one bakkie that covers the three areas being Pine Haven,Grassland and Raceway Park. Almost every house hold in Pine Haven is using ADT for security yet we do not have a permanent bakkie for the area. My worst experience was on Thursday the 28th of April when i had just left my place for approximately 25 minutes and received a call from the ADT call centre responding the alarm activation from my place, made them aware that i was not home and the lady told me she was then going to send the bakkie. I got home and there were no guards, called my neighbours and about 15 minutes later the guards arrived on the scene which was way too late as my LED T.V was gone by the that time, it really means nothing to ADT that we loose our stuff as they just write reports for those who have insurances to claim and be labelled high risk while they have and active Armed Response. I feel that we are really being taken for granted as this GOLLIATH threatens us with the contracts that we signed with him while he is FAILING! to deliver as stipulated on the contracts. I am completely dissatisfied with ADT and i need an urgent intervention.
