Terrible handling of accounts

I simply wanted to update some personal details. I got no feedback from the office despite a few calls and emails. I made a trip to their offices and made the changes. Then after 2 weeks I get an email response to my earlier emails, with 1 word, saying \done". <br> Now all the changes I made in person got over written. Despite having explained the mistake and requesting that someone actually call me to discuss it"
