TERRIBLE FROM THE CALL CENTER TO MANAGEMENT

<p>I have been with ADT for several years and I have finally cancelled my contract after SEVERAL complaints. The call center take their sweet time to call, are very unprofessional on the call and the technicians have no idea what they are doing. After complaining to management via email, who seem to be scared to speak on the phone, they have excuse after excuse. I am now being charged for a full months notice (fair enough) however my alarm is not working! ADT have used every excuse why and all it relates to the equipment belonging to them but I must pay to repair it as there is a year waranty?! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ADT AS THEY HAVE POOR RESPONSE IN EVERY FIELD. </p>
