Terrible Customer Technical Service

Worst security company ever! Logged a call for business on 10 Apr and technician never even pitched as scheduled for 12 Apr - no excuse or notification. Then call again on 15 Apr and left message for manager, he also not called back yet. Technician is booked for today, lets see if that realizes today still!
