Terrible Customer Service

ADT have dropped the ball and I swear they have lost me as a customer. As soon as my operational lease agreement comes to an end in June, I’m definitely cutting ties with them. I cannot complain about the same situation over and over and don’t get a response. It’s December time for goodness’s sake and the ******* are lurking.
