TERRIBILE SERVICE

Absolutely terrible service! I don't know how many times Ive called asking for ADT to be more visible in my area. As we know, what deters crime is actual visibility and even on the "slip" that the patrollers leave is, among other reasons is "Protive Patrol." And that's all I have been asking for. Early this year I spoke with the Opts Manager requesting this, and they were patrolling for some time but then it just stopped. and what vexes me is that I got an email stating that I will be charged a "fuel levy!" FOR WHAT! I would understand if I was the only one on my street who have contracted the services of ADT but I am not, it's ******* services, Mind you I received the "fuel email" before requesting them to do the "proactive patrols." Come on guys, you're a good company but lately you've been slipping and if you continue, you will lose more customers to competitors.
