Termination of contract

we got a call from ADT that alarm its on we said please send the car to check we not home, we where not too far we got home no car and it never came,when we got home we saw that someone was trying to break in the door was open but the burglar was closed, alarm was still on they called again for the 3rd time if i remember right, we asked who is speaking the guy said ADT we said whats your name sir he hangup the phone, we called the call centre number spoke to Bongani and refered the call to Amelia supervisor she said they only monitoring not responding but my contract says they respond, we asked who called us before and dropped the call, she said she will only find that out, as for the car why it didnt come she wont say, she said she was gonna investigate the matter and call back till now we are still waiting, how nice i am paying every month for what, apperantly this i snot the 1st time i have proof of email of my complaint still not getting a good services, i want to cancell ADT and move my business somewhere else and no one should me about the 2year contarct i signed for because i am not HAPPY at all, even the car to respond it takes forever its not based on our side why is that
