Technicion didnt Pitch

Our Alarm became faulty during the night, We phoned the call center early morning to confirm a booking.<br> I was placed on standby and was prommised that he will come later in the day.<br> I have spoken to numorous people during the day who confirmed the same thing, but the ETA changed everytime to a later time.<br> Its now 20:00, stil no sign of the technician.<br> I phoned the call center again, NO note or anything captured on the system, Im leaving on holiday in a couple of hours with a faulty alarm. Nice going ADT.
