TECHNICIANS NEVER CALL YOU, DON'T BOTHER REQUESTING FOR ONE!

When signing up with ADT, I opted for a rental alarm system as we rented the property. Before we moved out, I cancelled the service and called countless times to have the system removed out of the premises. I kept being told that I will get a call a from a technician. Each agent that told me this was as reassuring as the last. I am tired of expressing my irritation with this and each person sympathizes but nothing gets done. I have been begging ADT to collect since April. This is pathetic! I will rip the **** out and throw it in the trash seeing as they don't care to collect.
