Technicians always late or don't show up.

I have repeatedly had problems with technicians not keeping to arranged times, wether for new installation or service calls. They either are late or don't show up at all. <br> <br> Today a technician made an appointment for 15:00. @ 16:00 still no show, I called the call centre and they told me he is still @ a previous appointment and probably won't make it. Well gee thanx for letting me know, waiting like a fool on Santa Claus will get me somewhere faster. <br> <br> I actually do work and can't take time off everyday to wait on someone who doesn't show up!<br> <br> I held on for almost half an hour and then the phone was disconnected. After I had to argue with the agent mind you, who thought this was all very acceptable and nice. <br> <br> No one took any time in charging me thousands of rands for these services and they sure aren't delayed in accepting cash either. <br> <br> These are the people we trust with our safety, I give up! <br> <br> Not happy is a huge understatement, I'm fed up. <br> <br>
