Technical service needed and no call back received

I logged a technical call for my alarm - an engineer did come out but due to a truck being stuck on the N2 last week I had no choice but to sit in traffic. I got home to no engineer, no calls and no-one had given me any numbers to call to say I was running late.<br> <br> I have tried twice to reschedule and no-one returns my call. <br> <br> I am a female living alone and my alarm is less than 3 months old and I fail to see why it has already broken and why no-one returns my call to fix it. <br> <br> Please can you look into this? Thank you
