tax invoice lie

On 12 April they broke into my house, walked through my living room (with alarm) and stole R40000 worth of items. Again they broke in 8 May, walked through the same room (with alarm) and stole another R20000 worth of items. We phoned them to test The alarm. It took the guy 20min but he said it took him 35min on his inv wich costs us R228. Adt phoned and tested the alarm on their side (found something did not work) so they send the same guy again. This time it took him 11min but he said 20min and that costs us R381.90. Don't think I'm that bad at math. And how can a security company ask more for their time than a doctor does for his?
