TAKING MY MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORITY

On the 25 March 24 ADT Security debited my bank account with an amount of R2128.20 of which was not authorized. When I called the finance department to reverse this debit order he told me that he can only action once it is reflected on my my statement. In my opinionion this is *****/theft and they have no remorse in debating my account without my authorization and they are not doing anything about it. Such a big company with no ethics. Not sure how long they will take to reverse my account of which will inconvenience me because is money allocated for other debit orders. Mr ADT please do something about your finance department to work for what they are getting paid to do and not to inconvenience customer. I need that debit reversed immediately.
