Taking my money when they didn't even install yet!

ADT is a bunch of theives. They were supposed to install on the 11th December when I was on leave and then debit me at the end of February coz of the two months free service. Firstly NOONE turned up so I still have no alarm and then they go and debit my account on the ****ing 9th of January. Taking money for a service I have not received and on a day I did not authorise!!! You either come and install my alarm on a Saturday free of charge and return my money and give me my two months free or cancel this **** and return my money so I can go to chubb! I am ****ing furious that you can take money for something you havent even done yet!
