Taking money without doing the job
I had a Sales consultant at my property to do a quote for a job. I decided that I did not want my garden dug up in order for the job to be done so informed the office that I was cancelling the job. Then Adt decides to debit my account for the job anyway. I have been calling and have been promised a refund but I have yet to receive my money!!! I want my money back by Friday as this is just totally unacceptable.
