Taking away purchased equipment with compensation

Sandiselwe Mazibuko and ADT in general continue to ignore my constant queries and complaints! Upon cancellation of my contract, they took back hardware that I had purchased, stating it was per their policy, terms and conditions. It has now been just under one month since I raised this query. Further, Sandiselwe Mazibulo has also had a very bad attitude when handling this matter.
