Taken my money without consent - waiting for a refund for over 3 months

<p>I signed up for ADT in Jan 2016 and was told that i would get 2 months free. This meant that my first payment would be in Apr 2016, on the selected date of the 20th. To my surprise, on Mar 1st 2016 I get debited by ADT, which affected my other debit orders due to go off on the 1st. I raised this will ADT in Mar and was advised that I would not get debited to April and will start in May. I then get told No they will refund me the total amount (+ the R/D fees charged as this caused an R/D on my account) and a normal debit order will be taken in April. Fine, i was happy with that. However till today 22June i have not received my money back nor does ADT reply to my emails or take my calls. I have sent numerous emails which have been read but has been ignored. I call and get told that no one is in the office and i will get phoned back! Tilel today no one has called me and i have to keep calling with no feedback. I have emails from 17 March which has not yet been resolved. PADISO RAMOTHOPA is the person who contacted me and since had ignored me, and their manager does nothing even when i escalated this matter. I would like to take legal action again ADT as they have taken money from me which i gave no auth to do so. The service is not that good either, i request meet&greet and the guys never come, they come 45mins later when i'm already inside...they call the wrong numbers, my husband's number is listed 1st however they call the person listed 3rd first! I really am considering cancelling this service as the fees are so expensive for no proper service</p>
