Tachnical queries not being resolved.
They received false alarms last year. Was told my battery needed replacement and a R700 replacement was logged and done. They still getting false alarms even tho by us there is no alarm going off. Being charged for call outs EVEN WHEN I TELL THE CALL CENTRE DO NOT GO OUT! PATHETIC SERVICE ONCE AGAIN.

11 Jan 2024, 11:31Dont understand how you operate. Was told a by tech dept they will call me @ 7:30 this morning, they called only at 9 and told the tech can be by me in 45min. I asked them to call back at 11 as I left after you never called, no call back. I cant stay at home waiting for your sorry asses to decide if and when you come. So what will hwppen now? This is disgusting and pathetic service, honestly.
Can we work on the reversal of tbe december charges also pls. Im tired of just letting things go with ADT
