System problems since Friday (13/10/2017). Called the Contact Centre and very conveniently told that the warranty expired yesterday (Sunday).

Well basically ADT's Service has not improved since my last experience with a faulty system. Decided to give them a second chance and there we go....

Well I will never recommend this company to anyone because their after sales support is pathetic and so is their systems which lasts for approximately for the duration of the warrantee.
