If there's anyone that's thinking of moving to ADT, I urge you...think again !!!! I write from an administrative point of view. Their administration is run by a bunch of idiotic, lazy and unsupportive individuals that really don't give a damn about their customers. They probably give the middle finger to customers with the attitude that "my salary will still hit my bank account at the end of the month". If there's anybody from ADT management that even bothers to read this, there's something I would like to say to you...In my 4 decades in the accounting profession, I have never come across an enterprise such as yours, whose primary purpose is to ensure that your debit orders are being met, and to hell with anything after that.
