Such bad experience we've had with you

On the 15 feb we had ******s at our house who jumped the gate around 3am but luckily we have dogs so whatever happens around the house our dogs buck so when that happens we wake up and check on the window, there were three guys in our yard armed at the carport my brother quickly switched on the alarm to scare them so they ran away. We called ADT to come and check if nothing had happened and if these boys were still around they asked for the our details we gave them and said that they will send the vehicle, we stayed up till 5am no vehicle came! That's our experience with ADT in Montana whenever we have a problem they never pitch or they will take their time! This is unacceptable when you paying for the service.
