STOP ORDER DONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FOR SERVISES THAT IM NOT LIABLE FOR<br> <br> I contacted ADT on numerous occasion as to why I was billed for alarm equipment that I'm renting thus not liable for.<br> The call centre agent agreed with me (Carol, Esmeralda, etc.) and continuously promised that the Technical Manager will contact me and resolve the issue. a query was logged but not actioned.<br> I received two messages notifying me that there is an outstanding amount but I called to notify them of the error. <br> They said they would resolve it and the debit order will not go off for that amount.<br> Low and behold the monies were taken off my account after I specifically said that it should not happen. I haven't heard from ADT credit department as well as the Technical manager as yet. Im trully upset that they withdrew monies without my permission that must be *******!!!!!<br> I've been a loyal customer for more than 15 years and I'm seriously considering finding another. I dont appreciate the fact that the Company has the authority to process th epayment.
