****** Car

I installed ADT Fidelity cameras in my house in November 2020. There is a camera installed in front of the house. My car is parked in front of my door under the camera. My car was ****** early hours on Thursday 28 January 2021. We only found around 6am that the car was gone. We called Adt and informed them. It was surprising that they did not see anything although I was promised that my property is secured . We asked for a footage yo see who took our car and the information will assist the police too. Until today 01 February 2021 they have not provided us with the information. The person answers the phone keep on escalating the request. The insurance is looking for those footages and a report from ADT. I need assistance urgently and would like to know if these cameras are really working or it’s just ornaments. Adt must please explain to us how can the car varnish under their nose.
