Still without a functioning alarm system
Despite numerous call-outs, costly repairs and additional equipment sales that will supposedly fix my problems (e.g. a second power supply), my alarm system still routinely bombs out. I am currently experiencing exactly the same problem that ADT charged me 2 weeks ago to supposedly fix, and they tell me they can't send a technician out for the next 6 days. It something happens to my family in that time .....
