Still waiting for a refund since april

<p>hi there</p> <p>so I had wished for adt to provide their services at my house - paid 2k as a once off fee- then decided I no longer wanted the service. I called them to cancel and sent an email. I have been waiting since end of March/early April to get a refund - I don't even have an account number as the process wasn't that far. </p>
