Still waiting

On 12/072019 I contacted the consultant who signed us up for two alarm systems on our premises regarding a debit order and panic button. He assured me that he will get back to me shortly. Today 15/07/2019 I contacted him again as I have had no feedback on my query. He assured me that he is in the office and will phone me back shortly. At the time of writing this email I have had no response. When we showed interest in getting the alarm systems he was constantly in touch. Hope we don't have to wait this long when our alarms are activated.
