Still paying after cancellation

I cancelled my ADT Armed Response Subscription in September, effective 31 October 2015, due to the fact that I have sold my house. Yet, a debit order was still taken from my account on the 2nd of November 2015 and I am still receiving 'power off' notices. The cancellation has clearly not been processed.
