Still not receiving monthly statement

<p>I last received my monthly statement by email in February. Nothing came in March; I had to email to request it and I phoned about it. My email address was correct on your system. In April I phoned about it again and the consultant verified that my email address was correct. I was promised last month that I would receive the statement automatically for May because everything was ok.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot be expected to chase this up every month. Please someone sort this out once and for all; I need to receive my statement to follow up on your irregular change for March which was not reversed and then credited to my account, and to know the balance due in order to pay my account.</p>
