Still not adhering to promises

After the last complain in December I have received a call from ADT making promises my account will be corrected as I refused to pay for an incorrect account due to sales person not doing their job correctly months later and I get an SMS that my account will be suspended if not paid I don't mind paying but give me the amount I need to pay and don't con me from my money please<br> If this is the case suspend my account I received way better service from Chubb and won't mind going back to them
